On September 9^th, a meeting was held by the Provincial Publicity Department, gathering relevant departments and scholars of social sciences in Gansu Province to exchange ideas and share outcomes on comprehensive understanding of Xi’s speech during his visit to Gansu, setting an example for theorist of social sciences in Gansu to further promote theory study and interpretation. Mao Jinhuang, Executive Dean of the institute made a keynote speech entitled “To Facilitate County Economic Development and Promote Poverty Alleviation” at the meeting.
