In order to be informed practically of the development situation of the Development Area around the whole province, authorized by the Office of Leading Group of the Development and Revolution Committee for the Construction and Development of the Development Area, the Institute as the third party made evaluation on the field for the 2019 work of 40 provincial Development Area around the whole provincial.

To promote the evaluation efficiently, the Institute divided four groups including Longnan Area, central of the Area, east of the Area and west of the Yellow River based on the religion situation divided by provincial Development Area. The evaluation work finished successfully coordinated with related departments.

Abiding by strictly The Evaluation Method of Provincial Development Area of Gansu Province, The evaluation was implemented in the form of seminar and investigation on the field. On the seminar, assessment panel listen carefully about the whole construction of Development Area, 2019 important work and the introduction of 2020 work planning. The panel and the local principals exchange their opinions deeply about many problems such as investment difficulties, high cost of electricity and lack of land.

Among the evaluation, the panel investigated the local competing enterprises, emerging firms and upgrading entities and paid more attention to the mechanism improvement of the Development Area, “Seven Connection and One Smooth” and the supporting construction of the environmental protection and fundamental facility. The panel also investigate other situation including green development and the improvement of trading environment.

The field investigation made great difference on the guarantee of the just evaluation on the Development Area and inflection of the development of the construction of Gansu Province Development Area.
