On November 4, a targeted training course on the construction of the social credit system of Lanzhou was held at our institute in order to promote the construction of the city's social credit system and improve the ability and level of relevant staff.Wei Kongyi, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Lanzhou Development and Reform Commission, and Mao Jinhuang, Executive Dean, attended the opening ceremony hosted by Wu Yue, Director of the Administration Office.

Mao Jinhuang, on behalf of the Institute, welcomed the trainees participating in this training. He introduced to everyone the main work and phased results of the Institute, as well as the effectiveness and characteristic advantages of cadre training.He said that since the establishment of the Institute, it has undertaken a number of training courses for party and government leaders at all levels of provinces (cities, counties) and enterprises and institutions, and has accumulated rich practical experience in curriculum design, on-site teaching, and logistics support.
