To cultivate new-type agricultural management entities of animal husbandry and other types of leaders with strong demonstration and leading roles, and to improve the production and management capabilities of the main practitioners,on November 11, 2020 Training Course for High-Quality Farmers and Herdsme in Tianzhu County Animal Husbandry was held at our Institute.Professor Li Fadi of the College of Grassland Agriculture Science and Technology, Liang Zhengman, Dean and Quan Guodong, Deputy Dean,of the Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County Breeding Research Institute, and Mao Jinhuang, Executive Dean our Institute attended the opening ceremony.

Li Fadi congratulated the successful holding of this training class. He hoped that all the students would seize the rare opportunity at Lanzhou University, concentrate on their efforts with tranquil mentality.He expected all the trainees would learn and practice deeply, and strive to effectively improve their ability and quality in a short time.

On behalf of our Institute, Mao Jinhuang welcomed all the trainees.He introduced the main work and phased results of the Institute, as well as the effectiveness and characteristic advantages of cadre training, and emphasized the various discipline requirements and wished the training course a complete success.

Liang Zhengman put forward three requirements to the trainees. One is to unify thinking and raise awareness. The second is to cherish opportunities and learn something. The third is to strictly observe discipline and be safe and orderly. He hoped that all the trainees would work together to make the training successful and practical with characteristics, and could cultivate a group of high-quality farmers who love agriculture, understand technology, and are good at management.

This course realized an effective connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, and promote  the following five subject researches including "high-quality development of county economy", "Overview of the construction of modern animal husbandry industry development system in Gansu Province", "The toxic mechanism and utilization prospects of grassland drunk horsegrass", "High-quality Five topics including the key technology of silage production" "Measures to improve the efficiency of mutton sheep breeding".besides, all the trainees also paid a field visit to Lanzhou Ruixing Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd..

At the graduation ceremony, student representative Hu Wanliang delivered a speech on the training.

Mao Jinhuang and Quan Guodong issued training certificates to trainee representatives.

Fifty people including rural innovative entrepreneurs and industry leaders in poverty alleviation in Tianzhu County participated in the training.
