On the morning of November 1^st when all staff are required to work at home due to COVID-19, an online meeting was held. All faculty and staff attended the meeting, which was presided over by Executive Dean Mao Jinhuang.

The meeting reiterated the deployment and requirements of the epidemic prevention and control and explained the regulations on the management of foreign exchange activities.

The meeting called for, first, attaching great importance to epidemic prevention and control, earnestly implementing relevant decisions, plans and targets of government, resolutely implementing local epidemic prevention and control requirements, second, promoting scientific research to ensure the output of scientific research results while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and give full play to the role of think tanks to serve national strategies and local economic and social development, and third, giving full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of all the staff of the Institute, pool their wisdom and efforts to find a breakthrough, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the Institute.
