On the morning of June 21, the signing and inauguration ceremony of the Qingyang Work Station between the Institute of County Economic Development/ Institute of Rural Revitalization Strategy and Gansu Caiyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. was held in Qingyang, Gansu.

Mao Jinhuang, the executive director of the Institute of County Economic Development/ Institute of Rural Revitalization Strategy, Zheng Youcun, Chairman of Gansu Caiyuan Project Management Co., Ltd., and Jiang Fang as legal representative attended the ceremony. Both parties signed a cooperation agreement and jointly unveiled Qingyang Workstation.

In the speech, Mao said that the establishment of Qingyang Workstation was a  significant measure for the Institute to study the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s visit to Gansu, implement the national innovation-driven development strategy, poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy, and coordinate the promotion of the integrated cooperation of industry, university, research and application. It was also an important way for the Institute to actively implement the school's "three initiative" development ideas, besides, it was a concentrated expression of the cooperation, resource sharing, and mutual benefit between the Institute and Gansu Caiyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. The establishment of Qingyang Workstation is of milestone significance. It is a new attempt by the Institute to serve local development. Both parties will apply this platform to conduct in-depth cooperation in the fields of special training, planning and decision-making consultation, and give full play to their respective expertise and strengths to deduce 1+1 >2, so as to contribute to the economic and social development of Qingyang and the construction of a happy and beautiful new Gansu.
