Each unit:

In order to further study and advocate the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee, blueprinting the development of our province during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, we will organize relevant experts to further study and deliberate the spirit of the conference as Theoretical Office of the Propaganda Department of Gansu Provincial Party Committee requires. The relevant work are now notified as follows.

Ⅰ.Call for Papers

1.Theoretical articles

It is required a series of meaningful, valuable and influential theoretical articles should center on the major judgement, significant thoughts and ideas put up with by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee to interpret  new challenges and opportunities created by the conjunction of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and undergoing profound changes unseen in a century of the world. The articles should also focus on interpreting the following aspects, namely new characteristics and requirements of new stage of development, direction, overall idea, theme, strategic basis and major tasks of the future development , implementation by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and strategic measures to promote the high-quality development of Gansu.

All the shortlisted articles should try to be published on "People's Daily", "Seeking Truth" Magazine, "Economic Daily", "Guangming Daily", Provincial Daily as well as on the major provincial media including core websites, news paper and special editions. All the articles issued on the national key media shall be listed into the provincial social and scientific projects.

2.Consulting Report for Decision Making

It is required a series of meaningful, valuable and influential theoretical articles should center on the major judgement, significant thoughts and ideas put up with by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee to interpret  new challenges and opportunities created by the conjunction of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and undergoing profound changes unseen in a century of the world. The articles should also focus on interpreting the following aspects, namely new characteristics and requirements of new stage of development, direction, overall idea, theme, strategic basis and major tasks of the future development , implementation by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and strategic measures to promote the high-quality development of Gansu.

The Theoretical Division of the Propaganda Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee will compile the best into the "Advice on Political Consultation" and submitt them to the relevant leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. Those received the approval will be directly listed as the provincial social science planning projects.

Ⅱ、Requirements
