The construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics boasts a significant way to promote the modernization of the national governance system and national governance capabilities. Our national think tank building is in a rapid growth. In order to enable the CTTI source think tank catalog to reflect the situation of new types of think tanksm ore accurately, it is decided to start the 2020 source think tank supplement work after research.The results of the supplement will be announced at the 2020 New Think Tank Governance and Ideological and Theoretical Communication Summit Forum.The relevant matters concerning the supplementary work of our school are hereby notified as follows:
一、Qualifications
We will keepshortlisted standards for the first batch of source think tanks unchanged and mainly refer to the following seven considerations, especially focusing on whether it is substantive operation and whether it has good policy research and consulting capabilities and results. Priority will be given to any think tanks (policy research bases) that are recognized as key provincial and key cultivating think tanks by the central ministries, commissions, bureaus and provinces and cities.

二、Procedures
1.To apply for think tanks, you should fill out the "2019CTTI Source Think Tank Supplement Application Form" (see Annex 2).
2.The Department of Social Sciences will conduct qualification review on applying for think tanks.
3.China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University will establish accounts for think tanks that meet the standards.
4.The China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University will conduct a preliminary selection of think tanks, and organizes the filling of think tank data, and select think tanks whose data quality and quantity meet the standards of CTTI source think tanks.
5.The CTTI source think tank supplementary expert panel will review and determine the supplementary list, and issues a certificate to the supplementary source think tank after the supplementary list is announced.
三、 Materials to be Submitted
1.You should submit a copy (or PDF) of the document approved by the higher-level department, and the independent legal person think tank should submit a copy (or PDF) of the document approved by the civil affairs department for registration.
2.All units are requested to submit three copies of the paper version of the "Application Form for the Supplement of the 2020 CTTI Source Think Tank" to the Think Tank Construction Office of the Social Sciences Division (A405, Guiqin Building, West District, Chengguan Campus), and send the electronic version to the mailbox cailq @lzu.edu.cn.
