According to the "Notice on Supplementing and Adjusting the Experts of Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Expert Database" (Ganke Jihan [2020] No. 99) of the Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, we are now openly soliciting experts covering the main disciplines and industrial fields of national and provincial scientific and technological innovation, and fully update and maintain the information of experts in the original databse.The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows,

一、 Collection Requirements

The experts recommended for inclusion in the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Expert Database shall cover those who major in scientific and technological innovation disciplines (including economics, management, law and other humanities, social science experts and financial experts) and high-level scientific and technical personnel and management personnel in the industrial field.

二、Information Required

（一）Original Experts in Database

These experts should use the original scientific management system account to log in to the system, select the role of "technical expert", update the maintenance expert information as required and submit it to the unit for review.

（二）New applicant for expert database

   1.Those who already have the account of the applicant of the scientific management system project

（1）Log in to the department management system, select the role of "project applicant", click "System Management" --> "Apply to Expert Database", fill in the expert information as required and submit it to the unit for review.

（2）Log in to the department management system. If there is a "temporary technology expert" role to choose from, select the "temporary technology expert" role, fill in the expert information as required and submit it to the unit for review.

   2.Contact the scientific research secretary of the college to open the project applicant account, fill in the expert information as required and submit it to the unit for review.

   3.Precautions

（1）Experts fill in, update and check all relevant information one by one according to the prompts of the department management system and submit them for review. The fields with "*" are required, otherwise the information cannot be saved and submitted.

（2）The branch management system requires that you fill in relevant information such as your personal ID number and bank account number. This information is the only basis for the issuance of expert consultation remuneration. Please be sure to fill it in truthfully and completely. The above information management will comply with relevant confidentiality regulations.

（3）The system automatically generates the "Gansu Province Science and Technology Expert Database" in-stock expert employment certificate, and experts can download and print them as needed.

（4）mplement an annual update system for the expert database and organize a centralized update of expert information once a year. The warehousing experts can log in to the department management system to update their information at any time. If the expert has not updated his personal information for two consecutive years, the system will freeze the expert's account and notify the expert himself. After the experts log in to the system again and update the information, the frozen state can be lifted. If the expert account is frozen, if the information has not been updated after the expert is notified, it will be automatically released from the library.

三、Information Sharing

In accordance with the relevant requirements for the management of science and technology experts in Gansu Province, the Science and Technology Department will recommend various science and technology appraisal experts to the country as needed, and share relevant information about the database with brother provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). Those who enter the database will have the opportunity to participate in the national and other provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) related to science and technology appraisal and evaluation.

四、 Period Limits

The deadline for this centralized solicitation and updating is September 30, 2020
