Notice of Collecting Experts from Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Gan Su Province is received. For improving the cultivation of competitive industries chain, celebrating the construction of industry-university-research system, speeding up transforming of hi-tech products in our province, making experts play better role in decision-making and consulting, experts now are collected publicly. Every department recommends talents according to professional characteristics. The relevant matters are hereby notified as followed:

First, conditions

1. Good professional ethics, providing objective, fair evaluation opinions;

2. Sophisticated professional abilities, familiar with relevant policies and regulation and the latest technological developments in the industrial field.

3. The recommended experts should have senior professional titles or above;

4. Technical directors, leaders in enterprises above the designated size who works in the science and technology research, new product development and possesses many patents and other research works but didn’t access national titles can be introduced into expert bank; the top three researchers whose works won third prize or above can also enter the expert bank.

Second, requirements

Please encourage qualified teachers to apply actively. Recommended experts shall fill in the expert personal information form(Attachment 1). Every departments shall carefully review and fill in the recommendation reasons(Attachment 2) when recommending the experts.

Please send a hard copy of materials with official seal (Attachment 1 and 2) to Office A412 of Guiqin Building before the end of work on June 12, and send the soft copy of above materials to E-mail: yyglk@lzu.edu.cn.
